Brixington Fun Run: 26.2.15
All children in Key stage 2 took part in a HUGE fun run today. Children had the option of running in a competitive race or a non-competetive event; both were two laps of the school, taking in the upper and lower site.
First off running were the children in Years 3&4 and later Year 5&6 children had their turn. The enthusiasm and effort was incredible from all children. It was fantastic watching the children battle it out in races, achieve personal goals as well as cheer each other on.
We look forward to the next Brixington fun run soon.

Football matches: Brixington v St Peters (Budleigh): 9.2.15
Today all of the Year 4 and 5 football club members played against teams from St Peters.
In Year 4, class 4H and 4N had separate teams. They played against St Peters before playing each other. For many it was their first ever proper football match and they all played terrifically. In Year 5, they again formed two teams and played each other as well as the visiting school.
Overall almost 40 children represented the school today and they did themselves and the school proud.
